The company is managed by well-versed and determined minds in the tourism landscape (Mr Kgosibatho Mischief Dipuo and Mrs Othalositse Theba-Dipuo). The duo has a vast experience in the tourism industry not only this but also in the community Based Natural Resources Management (CBNRM) which dates back to 1996; the very year of CBNRM inception in the home village Sankoyo
Mr Kgosibatho Mschief Dipuo; the co-owner boasts intensive expertise and acumen-based experience in the tourism arena. Heaped with credentials in the Business Management and Human Resource Management, makes him an asset in the industry. The other co-owner Mrs Othalositse Theba-Dipuo is also a well-versed figure in the tourism industry; after attainment of Diploma level training in Business Management and Human Resource Management disciplines. She worked for a multifaceted company called Business Machines Services (BMS); which owned a hospitality resort combined with a restaurant; and which she co-managed with the general manageress for numerous years before it was bought away
and changed its trade name to the acquiring entity: e-Africa.
